When reporting a technical issue, include your device model, iOS version, Neckly app version, and a brief description of what happened. Do not send passwords or payment card details.

## Subscription

Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

## Account deletion

Use the account deletion option in Neckly's Settings. You can also email us for help with a data request.
