## Where can I download Neckly?

Neckly is available free on both the App Store and Google Play. There is no web version — the app needs to run on your phone to deliver session timers, widgets and reminders.

- [Download on the App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/neckly-neck-pain-posture/id6790218769) — iPhone and iPad
- [Get it on Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dalkirstudio.neckly) — Android phones and tablets

## What do I get without paying?

The free tier is not a trial that expires. It includes full onboarding and your first Neck Score, the neck mobility and morning routine programmes, a 7-day starter challenge, and the daily pain and stiffness check-in with streaks.

Premium adds all 14 personalized programmes, every challenge from 7 to 90 days, the full Learn library and detailed Neck Score history. It comes with a free trial and you can cancel any time.

There are no ads in either tier.

## What happens in the first two minutes?

A short onboarding maps where it hurts, how you sit, how much screen time you get and what you want out of it. From that, Neckly composes your first session out of 252 exercises across 70 movement families — and shows you why each movement was picked. You do not choose a programme from a menu.

## How long does a session take?

You pick the pace: 8, 12, 20 minutes. Sessions are guided, need no equipment, and include desk-friendly variants you can do without leaving your chair.

## What languages does the app support?

14: English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, Português, العربية, 简体中文, हिन्दी, Bahasa Indonesia and Русский.

## Before you start

Neckly is a general wellness and exercise app. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If you have pain radiating into your arm, numbness, tingling, weakness, pain after a fall or collision, fever, or unexplained weight loss, see a clinician before starting any neck exercise programme.
